Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you total control over your e-mail box accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings with ease. What's more, you can redirect electronic mail messages from one email account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponders and secure your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your email mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested messages will find their way into your email box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails based on specific rules set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply choose the email mailbox you want to redirect email messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly set up the mail client of your preference to access your email boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you want to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to read and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
